Sometimes place based approaches are happening and not recognized by the County or jurisdiction. I feel that this evaluation could help to justify these sites and provide better opportunities for allocation of resources, funding, etc.

OSHII could propose some ideas and ask LPH for their ideas as well

The those could be reviewed and selected by some sort of committee of LPH and MDH?

How far back are we going for this evaluation? For example, I can think of partners that had layered SHIP work done before the pandemic and are no longer current partners. Would it be awkward to go back to them and ask for eval items?
