He did drugs behind her back. Frank would leave Mona home alone with their baby while he was partying with his gang. Mona trusted him and respected him and Frank didn't. Another thing about loyalty is that Mona had to be very loyal to her gang and she couldn't betray them. She also stayed away from drugs. When she was in a gang she had to keep herself safe. She was at a party and there was a drive by and she said that she felt the bullets heat on her neck and that bullet killed Oso.
