Vulnerable to exploitation. They don't get strong protections from the government.<br><br>3. Implications of Research (Why is it important?) Because even today, the government doesn;t help these workers who work very hard and provide the people with fresh fruits and vegtables. <br><br>4.&nbsp; Connection to The Grapes of Wrath- Just like today, the workers were treated badly and like they weren't apart of the society. The U.S encountered the greatest number of migrant workers from 1890 to 1914. Migrant workers stimulate the economy by working hard and buying goods.<br><br>3.
