  • Active Recall is an essential principle for efficient learning (Reformulating for your colleagues forces you to organize your new knowledge, in the end, you'll remember better.
  • The "rule" of inviting someone from another team to your session is a viral "hack". People who try it will want to continue. Most of the time they will replicate it in their teams when the group grows & splits.
