Opening: So, I would thinked that the gov should give finnancial support to creative artists such as painter and musicians. Why?

+ First reason came from: Traditional preservation for the countries. Arts play essentials in the country's traditions and conventionality. Musics makes vocals/music industries grow and creating more budget for the GDP.
+Second reason also came due to painters (or artist) could turn a new leaf for creativity when they could bringing their own art to real life (ex: 1000 Years of Hanoi Ceramic Road arts,...). From then, building new generation to build-up pieces of creations.
