         <description><![CDATA[<div>Studies have shown that video games affect ones vision in both a positive and negative way. To ensure the continued health and wellness of the eyes, continuous breaks while gaming are recommended. Otherwise the risks that follow include: headaches, blurry vision, nearsightedness, and sensitivity to light. However the benefits of video games are as follows: hand-eye-coordination, visual attention,  visual reaction time, and contrast sensitivity function. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Excessive video game playing (2 hours or more) has been widely linked to musculoskeletal issues such as: pain in the hands, wrists, back, neck, and poor posture. Numerous reports of these related issues has caused terms for gaming injuries such as, Nintendonitis, which describes tendon injuries in the hands and wrists. As well as, the Playstation thumb, which refers to the numbness and blisters caused by friction between the thumb and controller.</div>]]></description>

For safety reasons and to lessen the risk of this occurring in epileptic gamers, it is recommended that they play video games at least 10 feet away from the screen and wear sunglasses.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The relation between video games and behavior depends entirely on the amount of time spent gaming and the types of games played. Teens who play 3 hours or more a day display higher odds of having behavioral issues and performing more poorly in school than those who play less. However, games that exercise the brain can result in good academic performance and good relationships. Contrary to common belief, no link has been found between violence in video games and violent behavior.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gaming has been developed to help those who are beginning  to suffer hearing loss, particularly in older people. All of the different sounds in games can help them to differentiate the sounds within the real world. There are even games that are made specifically for these purposes, and those who played for 3 week were able to correctly identify 25% more words and sound.</div>]]></description>
