         <description><![CDATA[<p>Engagement for every student looks different and that's why UDL tries to make lessons engaging for everyone. UDL wants to take students' interest and the curriculum lesson to keep the students interested. This also means discovering whether a student likes to work by themselves or as a group.</p><ul><li><p>Taking a poll in class to learn that students are interested in caves so take caves and create a science lesson</p></li><li><p>Letting a student work by themself because you know they don’t work well in a group.</p></li><li><p>Changing a basic lesson to add a hands-on activity that will peak students interest.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Representation is more about the way the teacher is presenting. Children learn and interpret information differently. Disabilities play a big role in the way students learn so representation is helping to accommodate that.</p><ul><li><p>This could look like showing pictures on the screen while reading a chapter book in class</p></li><li><p>This could also look like letting students listen to an audio book and follow along instead of reading it by themselves.</p></li><li><p>Why teaching a math lesson takes physical objects to show the equation.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
