<title>What resources are available to help teams determine IF an emergency evacuation plan is required on the IEP? There is different understanding out in schools about WHO needs an emergency evacuation plan and who does not. </title>

<title>When considering Rock Creek or Challenges placements for preschool students, (either initial eligibility or a review meeting) coming through Child Find, should a consent form be completed to establish the non-diploma bound path? Is the student too young to make this decision since they are not participating in state-wide assessments until the third grade? The team is concerned about having a discussion in this area for children who are very young and have not had any opportunity for instruction and specialized services. </title>

<title>The MSAA Eligibility Checklist has the Model Consent Form attached to the back. That lends itself to teams thinking that they must complete it following the completion of the checklist, as opposed to finishing the rest of the meeting to develop programming. It may be as simple as not attaching it to the checklist so that people do not think it is a part of the checklist. </title>

<title>Concern regarding administrators and school-based personnel taking a broad stroke to the suspension notion; having a student being out of the classroom for hours at a time but the school states that it is not suspension. LRE is being violated and this needs continual fierce conversations.</title>
