1.       Crime is the violation of the law. 
2.       Justice is the administration and adjudicator of the crime committed. Justice dictates if the punishment is proportionate to the severity of the offence committed.
3.       Punishment is the penalty imposed on the acts of crime committed.

Example: Shop-lifting; offender stole, Justice looks into the evidence & appropriate punishment. 

All the 3 are linked to a the functioning legal system.

 - Punishment is a way to achieve justice. Makes the offender accountable for their actions, this ensure everyone is treated fairly. No one is above the law 
 - When crime gets committed, justice will be served as long as the offender gets court

Example:
