These three questions shared at the end of the chapter put things in focus for me. I think my behavior systems partly stem from these questions and have helped me built strong relationships with my students. I am a teacher and I work for my students. When I think of my role as a teacher, its important that I take into consideration that students have needs, and when they aren't met, it can reflect in their behavior and how they apply themselves academically.  As a teacher, I must provide a safe space and make an effort to meet the needs of my students in order for them to be successful.
