The reason why is that I don't feel confident about myself, which leads to me having negative thoughts about myself in the process.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes it can be difficult for me to change my negative thoughts about myself when other people are around me like my family or friends. The reason why is that whenever my family or friends have any type of drama like a bad relationship or a fight can cause me to have even more negative thoughts about myself because it also affects me in the process, which is bad since it cause me to have emotional thoughts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I did once try to change my negative thoughts about myself in the past, but I failed to do so because it was hard to get rid of these thoughts that I had about myself. The reason why I wasn't able to get rid of these thoughts is that the thoughts I have about myself aren't easy to remove in my head since the thoughts affect me physically and mentally and where they won't leave any time soon.</div>]]></description>

If I ask for help like asking a teacher or adult they can give me advice that would help improve myself as a person so that I won't have any more negative thoughts about myself.
