These academics have diverse areas of skills like engineering and other majors. Our university decided to do the dinner in engineering campus in Istanbul university. This is because it was comfortable and close to the environment. We booked from organization company many tables in circle shape that each of them has 6 seats. Most of professor and students from different academics sat next to each other to inform each other about their education. Moreover, the food was served is Turkish traditional food and some deserts. And as a entertainment we had robot show by the student and we also played some fun games. The decoration was simple with some little touches. And as a gift for our students we thought about giving them our university bracelet with a note wishing them good luck. It was(AR) Monday, I was feeling nervous and amusement to meet with my academic friends who were from Korea, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia. We went to a (AR)restaurant in the city of Adelaide which was near the sea. It was an Italian eatery with the atmosphere of old Italian style. In the restaurant, It was a rectangular dining table. Pei-Feng and I sit on the right side and our friends are sat on the other side. We served some food such as soup, salad, steak, pizza, and pasta. After the main dishes, the sweets came from the last. We ordered cake, puddings and coffee. Before going back to the hotel, we went out for a walk on the beach to enjoy the sunset. The view was very charming and fascinating, thus we took a number of photos. At the end of this wonderful dinner, we prepared some souvenirs which are candles in the shape of a ship. That dinner was unforgettable.
