His owner's family loves him a lot because he rarely moves. He makes people happy just by his looks. There is one time where Lilo broke the wings of their pet pigeon. He was  ignored by the owner's mother for several days which made him sad and ill. When taken to the vet, the vet told them that Lilo was stressed and needed assurance that he is loved.  The mother finally forgave him and then Lilo got better.  From then on, Lilo learned it's lesson not to hurt other pets and that he has to share their home. He also leaves their pigeon alone. Lilo is very emotionally intelligent.
