It's a really beautiful neighborhood. It's quiet and peaceful despite being near the train tracks, Fashion Place Mall, and a major freeway ramp. In fact, those things make this neighborhood even better - a true diamond in the rough! Admittedly I noticed all of the good things about this neighborhood when I first visited even though I was trying to focus on the negatives. It seems like an ideal place to raise a family without having to trade safe, calm space for conveniences (i.e., without having to leave the city for the country).
