         <title>Components of an Operating System.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The O.S needs to have a range of components:<br><strong>1.</strong> <strong><mark>Kernel:</mark></strong> this is the core of the O.S  and it has control over anything on it. It is consider the most important part of the O.S.<br><strong>2. </strong><strong><mark>Process execution:</mark></strong> this contains the program code and it's activity.<br><strong>3. </strong><strong><mark>Interrupt:</mark></strong><mark> </mark>this are signals sent to the CPU by external devices. This works by telling the CPU to stop it's current activities and execute the appropiate part of the O.S.<br><strong>4. </strong><strong><mark>Memory Management:</mark></strong> it handels with the primary memory and moves precesses back and forth between main memory and disk during execution.<br><strong>5. </strong><strong><mark>Multitasking:</mark></strong>  this works in order to allow a user to perform more than one computer task.<br><strong> 6. </strong><strong><mark>Networking:</mark></strong> this is a computer operating system that is designed primarily to support workstations, personal computer and older terminals that are connected on a local  area network.<br><strong>7.</strong> <strong><mark>Security:</mark></strong>  this is the process of making sure O.S  integrity, confidentiality and availability.<br><strong>8.</strong> <strong><mark>User interfase:</mark></strong> this rfers to the program or device that allows the user to enter or receive information.</div>]]></description>
