Students plan and employ effective research strategies to locate information and other resources for their intellectual or creative pursuits.

The Weather App or  The Weather Channel will be used to gather information about the weather.

Youtube for kids The students will watch story videos about how they can help out their community or make a difference. 

Google docs 

Students will use this to make list of how they can help their community.

Students will use this platform to do their “detective work” on food deserts  and they may also incorporate Youtube for kids if they decide to get any of their research information from a video 

Google Maps to help students better understand distance and to provide them with the information they will need to graph the distances

To allow students to work collaboratively and have conversations without needing to meet in person.

We will use this as a safe web browser for the students to use, without coming across anything inappropriate

Canva - to create presentations to give to the board of trustees.

Zoom is a great way to reach a wider audience who may not have been able to attend the meeting in person.

Paper Form - paper version of the google form (not exactly like but similar to the one linked).

Chromebooks- for accessing google forms and google classroom.
