Those students are the highlight of the conference and if they have anything to do with UDL in the future then I am so optimistic. My heart hurts for want -alAnastasia, Harriet and Alice went through with terrible lecturers - NOTHING they were put through is their fault and I want them to know that. Christian, Alice and Harriet have made the conference. Anastasia’s authenticity, Christian’s incredible insite, Alice’s awesome humour and Harriet’s kindness are example of what we should aspire to be as people. Thank you to them. They rock!!!!

I used it a few times - 1 for space to finish off some work and a few times I went in for only 10 or so minutes and did quiet meditation to recenter. I am usually so fatigued at days long conferences but I have had much more energy as I could take small breaks
