Behaviors: Constant communication between elementary and secondary coach, as well as the DL. Districts/school sites MUST BE READY for this work to begin. It cannot be rushed. 
It is vital for AVID elementary and secondary coaches to walk campuses together and debrief separately in order to learn from each other's worlds. We then need to connect the schools within the same district. We need to get then out of their bubble and move them towards a TK-12 AVID articulation. How do we help our districts to see the "big picture?"
