I competitively danced and twirled individually and with a team for about eleven years. I really enjoyed tumbling when I was there, and that was probably what I was best at. We met in gym class, because we really did not know anyone else in our class. We have the same sense of humor and just get along really well. I cannot stand to be around people when they are tapping over and over or just making repetitive noises. Loud chewing and chewing with you mouth open also really bothers me. My cousin Connor is only a year younger than me so we have always been really close. Also, it was probably the first time my sister, who is four years younger than me, cousin and I all got along together. I think when we went, I was 11, my cousin was 10 and my sister was 7. They had a pool so that is where we spent most of our time. One of my best memories was doing performing at the Redskins's Halftime Show. Paula's School of Baton was picked, along with several other dance and cheer teams, to learn a routine and perform it at their halftime. We went down the day before, learned the dance that was taught by the cheerleaders and performed it the next day.
