Dear Old Boy of Government College Lagos, Eric Moore road, Lagos, you are very much in the know of the setup of the GIC, with its composition, its mandate, its timeline and its desire to bequeath to all of us, an inclusive Constitution that accommodates all stakeholders of our great School. 
We believe that for the GIC to achieve this mean feat, we will need the passion, commitment, dedication, insights, thoughts, contributions and sentiments of the key stakeholders, all OLD BOYS at every level to add their voice by perusing the present constitution to identify areas of concerns, deliberate over it/them and pass on this/these concern/s through their Class Sets in the form of a memorandum to the GIC (Preferably but not necessarily the only point of submitting a memorandum, but the easiest.

The Form is in FOUR (4) Sections seeking to get your thoughts and sentiments: Section 2-3 addresses our prayers for GCLOBA, Section 4 is for you to put down additional thoughts not addressed in Section 2-3, while Section 1 covers a request for your Personal Details, this section is optional, it will have no directly impart or consequence to the work or final recommendations of the GIC.
