Sage and Len, early friends at this point, went into the forest near a cliff and Len felt like she could take off her gloves, she did so and the wind blew so hard that one-off them flew and she reached over the edge, almost falling off, she grabbed the platform they were on. She had a major panic attack not only because she touched a spot that people walked on all the time but because she lost her gloves. Len was a photographer and could often be found under the bleachers taking photos of games. Since Sage had been diagnosed she came up with lame excuses not to play anymore, but her brother was on the football team so she had to still show up to games. Sage was still coming to terms with her diagnosis when she started having a panic attack at her brother's game, she didn't know what was happening so she just ran under the bleachers and threw up. Len had spotted her and came up to talk to her, but ended up talking her through a panic attack and taking her home. As Sage and Len started building their friendship, Sage had Noticed Lens issues (at the time neither of them knew she had OCD). Sage had done some research and even talked to her doctor about it, she had discovered that Lens symptoms related most to OCD. Sage brought up OCD multiple times to Len but Len dismissed them with the fact that she thought she had childhood dementia because it's genetic, with herself feeling crazy, and her grandmother in a nursing home for it, she really had no reason to believe otherwise.
