It's the name of the large bell inside the tower. It was built 1859.From August 21 ST, 2017 the clock tower is closed to the public for work that will take until 2021.
From 1994 it is illuminated by 113 bulbs. On each quadrant there is an inscription in honor of Queen Victoria
It was lit in honor of the marriage of Prince William and Katie Middleton.
