I would like to see a change in my current job, especially now that I have finished my English courses. I would like to get a job in English because that would make it easier for me to practice what I studied. I know it would be a tall order because it would disrupt my schedule and shake up my hours, but I could adapt on the fly.

Although it would be a change of direction, I think I could easily bounce back. Sometimes, pivoting direction is important. Embracing change is necessary when we are changing.

1-When I was working as a human resources assistant at KMG, we needed to implement a new system to improve our work environment. Initially, there was resistance from the employees because many did not get along well. The HR department organized a series of training sessions to demonstrate the benefits of the new system. Eventually, the employees adapted to the new system, and the work environment improved.

2-In my current role, I would like to see more opportunities for professional development. Implementing regular workshops or training sessions would help employees stay updated with industry trends and improve their skills. Additionally, I think adopting a more flexible work schedule could boost morale and productivity, as it would allow employees to better balance their work and personal lives.

3-The most disruptive change in my life in the last 10 years was when my sister moved to Germany. Adjusting to a new way of living without my sister was a challenge because she was my companion. I focused on school, which helped me not think about her so much. Additionally, I turned to my friends so I wouldn't feel alone; they provided me with emotional support.

When I joined a laboratory, the learning dynamic was so different from what I was used to. I met a doctor who helped me adapt to this new environment. She recommended that I complete certain courses in bioinformatics, but she didn’t give me a strict deadline. In fact, I’m still working on developing these skills. She helps me whenever I have doubts, and I’m gradually getting used to learning on my own.
2. I would love to skip ahead to a time when I already know everything I need to, but realistically, I just want to improve my schedule and make the most of my free time.
3. I think the most disruptive change in the last ten years was moving to Querétaro. The food isn’t bad at all, though it’s pretty average—not everywhere, of course. Also, I have to cook all three meals while juggling school, studying, and occasionally working as a Didi driver to treat myself to small luxuries.

In my last Job in the air squadron 402 , i tried that all the people there knows about the history, and identifies with the significanCe of that squadron. I think the little, insignificant and stupid details change the ~~manner~~ WAY to see ~~the~~ things, in my case I tried to ask, to my subordinates about little details about the history And funfacts about their Job, when i LEFT that work i GAVE a little conference about the importance to beliving in what you do.

Now, I'm stayING in other air squadron, the situation its almost the same and my mission is tryING to do my best for mYSELF ~~and for me~~ and perhaps WITH the example I will leader my colleagues to identify with the mission we have.

My experience in the last 1 year, is when I selected my career that I want to study but I did not research about my career and it is only in one university in the whole country, that school is UNAM. My cousin told me that it is imperative to study all the guide because to enter this career has a great demand of students and there is a possibility that I will not pass the exam, that is why it is important to study hard for me, because I know that I can pass the exam if I learn everything, until now I have not slept well in the last months but it will be worth it.

And if I don't pass the exam next year I will bouced back

Can you tell me about a time when you had to implement a change?

I remember when I had health problems, first I implemented a change on my routine life for example with exercise, vegetables on my diet, eat less tortilla and bread. Now I am seeing good results. Little did I know that the healthy food could be delicious!

What changes would you like to see being made in your current situation?

Maybe find a better job; with a better salary and good job environment.

In spite of I finishING my relationship 10 years ago sometimes I have a strong feelingS for him.

When I worked as a marketing manager I at my first time I had to change my mind for TO adpot~~ing~~ the correct actitude for sales, implementing strategies, sales speechs and generating changing gears depending the situation, those skills had to be practiceD a lot.

I remember suffering ~~myself~~ traying to speak with intention, presenting my product but at the same time connecting with my client, if you don't facilitate yourself talking and talking and talking... embrace your shy and eventually you will feel confident.

When the pandemic started, I had to go through a lot of changes. I finished college and all the paperwork took longer than normal at the time, and my mom had always told me: "bring me your degree and then you can do whatever you want"; so I hurried up and in March 2020 I already had my degree. That was the first step of a decision I had already made. I traveled to Puebla to meet my boyfriend and started working at a big company as a chemist. I learned a lot and adapted to the change in climate, food and the large number of patients on the day. And after a year my boyfriend and I returned to Guerrero to get married.

Getting married and becoming an adult are the most disruptive changes in my life.

Today everything is better, we have jobs in the educational field and we are closer to our family.
