On a dark and stormy night, lightning raged across a small island in the North Pacific Ocean. On the island, a mysterious lamb trotted through a calm forest. When she came to a tree with a knot in it, she knocked on the knot and the tree opened. As she made her way to her treasure room she saw huge footprints. As she looked closer, she saw a ghastly sight. Her treasure was GONE! She stepped forward and her footsteps echoed against the floor of her hollow tree. What was left of her treasure was merely a silver comb!

Troubled, she went over to her friend Bob's house. As she rang the doorbell, Bob’s furry head poked out. “Hello”, Bob answered.”What are you doing here, Meadow?” 

“Have you seen a monster with my treasure walking past?” asked Meadow. 

“Come in and have some tea, then we can talk about it”. Bob said. 

Dear reader, you must be itching to know what Bob is, so I suppose I must tell you that he is a mouse, a wood mouse to be specific. He is also Meadows' best friend. Now, back to the story. 

Once they were settled in Bob's living room with a cup of hot tea, she began to tell Bob everything. Once Bob had heard the long story in great detail, he began to think.” It seems like the creature you were describing was a dragon, and I happen to know where one lives.”

“Where?” meadow asked frantically.”

“Just north of Knife cave, in the Death Mountains.” Meadow said a rushed goodbye to Bob, and went home to her tree. There she packed a satchel full of supplies for her trip to Death Mountain. Death mountain was the tallest and most dangerous mountain to climb. Meadow knew this, although she was still determined to get her treasure back from the beast who stole it.

As Meadow made her way to the top of death mountain, she felt a shiver run up her spine. When she reached the top of Death Mountain, she saw a thin trail of smoke coming up from a cave. That must be where the dragon is, thought Meadow. As she was studying the cave closer, she heard a deafening roar. She spun around, and there the dragon was! It was a huge beast, with scales as red as blood. The epic battle had just begun! 

Meadow pulled a dagger out of her satchel. The dragon breathed a plume of fire at her, and she jumped out of its path just in time. The dragon lunged towards her, giving her a chance to stab it in the stomach with the dagger. Then the strangest thing that meadow had ever seen happened. The dragon turned into a small, defenseless wolf. The wolf ran away, whimpering. Trails of blood were trailing after it. 

Meadow peered into some scraggly bushes. The young lamb gasped when she saw her treasure. As she made her way down the mountain, she began to wonder who had enchanted the wolf. Of course, she will find out, but that you will read in the next book.

Epilogue

It was a sunny day today, which was rare for the small island in the middle of the North Pacific Ocean. Meadow and Bob were taking advantage of the sunny day by taking a walk. “So” Bob said, casually. “Have you heard the rumor?” 

“What rumor?”  Meadow asked. 

“I heard the old well down by the mysterious lump is haunted. Want to come check it out with me?” Bob asked. 

“Sure, Bob,” said Meadow. They arrived at the well. When they looked into it, they heard mysterious voices howling“ BITE YOU, BITE YOU, I WANT TO BITE YOU!”  

  

There once was a time and in that time a war waged between the Germans and the British. Two British soldiers debated their commander's plan though he had told them not to. The names of the soldiers were Bill and Greg.

“...the plan’s trash!” How are we supposed to sneak past enemy lines?!” 

“Knock, knock” the commander said, surprising the soldiers. Bill and Greg snapped to attention. 

“Have you heard of a thing called army crawling?” 

“Sir, yes, sir,” the soldiers said.

“Good that's your answer.”

That night Bill and Greg crawled over the body strewn battlefield. Bill said a quick prayer to the dead British. “This is wrong and stupid,” Greg said. “This field is unknown in the dark.” He was holding a knife in his hand. Bill eyed the knife. “Just in case” Greg said matter of factly. 

When they reached the German trenches Bill said, “Hallo Freunde,'' surprising the lookout, while tossing a grenade into the trench. 

Once they were a safe distance away, they heard the boom. Greg looked at Bill inquisitively, “What did you say to the lookout?” Greg asked. 

“Oh, that’s German for hello, friends.” Greg burst out laughing.

As the remaining Germans fell to their knees in surrender the commander said, “Since seeing your performance out there I am promoting you both to field marshalls.” Bill and Greg said simultaneously, “A job well done!”

One dark and stormy night there lived a little girl named Lily. She loved writing. Lily lived on a small island where there weren't many people. That night Lily heard a knock on her door. Her parents were asleep so she answered.

On her porch was a man standing there with a bloody knife. She shut the door and ran upstairs to her parents room screaming but her parents were gone. Then she saw the man standing in the window with the bloody knife. She tried to stay awake but eventually she dozed off. The next morning she woke up and her parents were there. They said, ”Get ready for school Honey.” Lily walked outside. Then she saw a  white envelope that looked like it was stamped shut with blood. She opened the envelope and it said,

“Watch out, I’m coming for your parents next!”

A couple days later Lily was walking to school and she heard something following her. She turned around but nothing was there. Then she looked down and she saw a shadow rite in front of her.  

When she looked back again there was nothing there. She looked back at the shadow and Lily saw the same knife that she had seen a couple nights ago.

That night when she went to sleep she started having weird dreams about the lunatic. Lily ran to her parents room and told her parents what she had seen but her parents said “ it’s just a tine nightmare go back to bed honey.” but Lily looked serious vary serious.  Then Lily yelled out “it’s right behind you. Lily's parents looked behind them but when that turned around there was nothing there. All of a sudden she felt a sharp pain. It felt as if a knife was cutting through her stomach. she fell to the floor. Her parents   got out of bed and went to kneel next to her dead body. Her parents heard a voice in their head say “‘I'm coming for you next.”

Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, an eleven year old sheep herding boy named Jacob lived in a small house and he was reading a book. And by his small house there was a cave and very often he went there. That evening his mother called and said she would be home late from work, so he decided to go to the cave near his house. But first he had to feed the lamb and goats. Then he took off to the cave. After a little bit of walking he saw a tree limb and decided to pick it up. He had his whittling knife  so he wittile it. 

But then he heard a knock coming from the inside of the cave, and it was answered by a scream, and he listened and followed the echo from the scream coming from the cave. So he went in farther to the cave but he couldn't find anyone. When he was on his way out he scraped his knee and it was bleeding horribly. Then he murmured to himself. 

‘’ I wonder what scraped my knee.?’’

Then he figured out what scraped his knee, it was the tree branch he was carrying! Finally he got out of the cave and he saw his mom pull into the driveway. When he got inside and realized  what was making that weird noise. It was an alarm on his phone, even though it was a very weird alarm. 

“Mom!” Said Jacob, surprised.

“ Hi Jacob,” said his mom.

The End

Once upon a time there was a kid that was named Bob. He lived on an island. He was a caring soul with a heart of gold. He loved animals and cared for them. He writes to his grandma because he loves her and wants her to be happy. He did not have any friends and he was lonely. Once he was answering his grandma's letter in his house when he heard an echo. But right there and then a knife stuck into Bob's door he thought it was a murderer so he climbed out of his window onto the limb of the tree   Bob doubted he could get down.Then the murderer opened Bob's door and saw him.  Bob screamed. The murderer started walking over. When he was coming over. Bob saw a knight in shining armor, the knight knew what he had to do. The murderer ran out the back door never to be seen again. 

After the knight and Bob settled down and got out of the tree with the help of the knight. They became friends and the knight taught Bob how to defend himself.

The wind was whistling. I woke to the sound of knocks coming from the door and quickly realized I was in a dimly lit room.  I looked to the left and saw a person. I asked, “Where am I and who are you?” 

They said, “You're in a prison and Jill, what's your name?” 

“Jack,” I said. Then the door burst open. The door made a bang that echoed throughout the cell. I could make out two robotic figures. I thought I was in trouble but they were just giving us some bad steak. I found out it was rotten a couple days later.

I asked Jill, “What’s going on?” All I know is that the robots imprisoned us,” Jill answered. “I was eavesdropping on the robots. They were talking about some spaceship leaving in 14 days, but the rest was unknown. I had a plan to get on that ship,” Jill said. 

I got interested and started to listen. “Ok, what's the plan?” Jill told me the plan was that we save the plastic knives and put them in our pillow cases.So they won't see them. When the robots come in to give us food, we jab the knives in the robots circuit board and then we run out of the cell then we get out.     

13 DAYS LATER. 

We were ready. When they came in at dinner, we ran at them and jabbed the knives into them. They fell to the ground and made a loud bang.

Then we ran out of the cell, but when we got out there were robots everywhere.They started shooting at us. They were closing in and then we saw a vent. We knew the only way was up…                                                                                                                                We started to climb up and I was helping Jill. I lost my grip and I dropped her and she got shot in the knee with a tranquilizer dart. I was about to jump down to help her but she cried, “Go on without me!”

Then she dropped to the ground. I wanted to help her but I had to keep crawling. I saw (run) written in the vent. After what felt like hours I saw a spaceship silhouette. “I needed to get on that ship,” I thought to myself.

I calmed myself down, I was ready to jump. I dropped and immediately started to sprint. Some robots saw me so I hid in a food crate. The robots started looking for me.

Suddenly, the food crate began to move. I slammed my head against the top of the crate. The impact knocked me out. When I woke up I could hear a whirring sound but my mind was on Jill. I know I felt Wrong to leave her. I remembered at the start I had doubted this plan was going to work, yet here I am and heading home or at least I think I am…

Not long ago there was a boy named Joe who lived on a mysterious little island. One day he remembered how much he loved climbing, but his climbing gear was way too small so he went to the climbing store.

He knocked on the door, but nobody answered so he doubted anyone was there, but unfortunately for him somebody was there, the person that was there was one of  the most deadly people for miles.

Joe was thinking about leaving, but in the end he decided to check the doorknob before he went back home. He turned the doorknob, and surprisingly the door was unlocked. He went into the store, it was really dark.  

He went in and tried to find the light switch  but couldn't so he went to try and find a flashlight. He found one and switched it on. Then he went to find the climbing section. 

Just as he was about to turn into the aisle, he saw something moving toward him. He directed his flashlight toward the thing. It was Ted. Joe knew him because he was on the news and on many other websites. He was the most vicious murderer on the island. 

Joe dashed into an aisle, Ted came running after him. Joe saw a knife, he grabbed it. He ran as fast as he could but Ted was faster, he grabbed Joe by the ankle.

“Get off me!” screamed  Joe. 

“Make me, kid,” said Ted darkly.

Joe remembered the knife he had grabbed off the shelf. He took it out of his pocket and he took the sheath off, he tried to slice Ted’s hand but missed and got his own knee. Joe wailed in pain. He tried to get up but Ted held him tight. Ted grabbed a rope and tied Joe up.

Then Ted slipped into a hole in the wall that Joe had not noticed before, it was shining a dark miserable red. Joe started sawing at the ropes binding him, he finally slipped out of the ropes and started crawling to the hole in the wall. There was a rope coming out of the hole. He wondered what the rope was for. He went inside the hole, there was a long dark corridor that had many different hallways leading out of it. 

Joe ventured through a hallway that had a dark red glow to it, the same glow the hole was, the rope led to that hallway so Joe followed it. He shone his flashlight into the hallway, he saw Ted at the end of the hallway hacking at the wall with what looked like a pickaxe. 

“Ted this is over, you're trapped. So do you want to do this the easy way or the hard way?” asked Joe.

“What's the easy way?” asked Ted. 

“To put your hands in the air and let me tie them behind your back and give you to the cops,” said Joe. 

“What's the hard way?” asked Ted.

“To let me do none of those things,” said Joe.

“I'll do the hard way,” said Ted. Just then Joe heard people running in his direction.

“Help!” Joe cried. 

The people were policemen 6, 7, 8 of them, they all rushed at Ted tackling him and handcuffing him. Once they were all outside a cop came over to Joe. “Hey kid, that was really brave of you fighting Ted, that really took some guts.”

“Thanks.” said Joe.
 

“So, where’s my reward?” asked Joe.

“Oh, you're not getting a reward yet, we still have to see why you were in the closed store,” said the cop.

“Could I have it after that, please!!!!!!!” Begged Joe.

Maybe. And with a smile the cop turned and walked away.

And Joe had a happy long life and as for Ted, he was imprisoned for the rest of his life.

THE END   For Ted 

The assassin cat set off on his journey To the land of evil banana. To get to the land of evil banana, assassin cat must first go through the great land of fur. He walked and walked and walked until he made it to the land of fur. Suddenly a four limbed monster Stepped out of the ground. It was the evil banana peel! “This is it!” said assassin cat.

 The evil banana took out its sword and the assassin cat did the same. It started to rain. They clashed swords over and over until finally the Assassin cat stabbed the banana peel. The banana peel grunted and said, “You win this time assassin cat but  I will be back!” 

The world of Elestra, where dragons and pangolin wizards, is the place of imagination.

Let's travel to the east region on the map, back when knights and castles existed. These were tough times.

When Pang the pangolin awoke from his bed, he thought, please don’t be real. His nightmare came to him again. It was when all around him were fighting, explosions and human invaders invading his quiet peaceful village. But let's get to the story now shall we? 

His mother called him down for breakfast, but when he came down he heard an explosion. His nightmare was happening! He ran out of the house as fast as he could and told his mom to follow. But, when she ran out of the house she slipped in the mud and fell, and the invaders captured her. He dashed away over the mountains, through the hills and the marshes till he found a cave…

He trotted into the cave and for some reason it made him feel calm. Just then, he saw the kids! They were positioned around a campfire. One said, “To be honest, I doubt we could.” Just then, they saw me! One kid drew his knife and said, “watch out!” to me, and I peered behind me to see the giant mutant, Angry Lamb, step out of the shadows. It roared. “Come with us!” the kids said. Once we were a safe distance away, they introduced themselves, and the boy said, “I am Jacob. This is zig, shay, Josh, and seek.” While Pang ran with them he introduced himself. 

 When they arrived at a stone pedestal which had six weapons on it: a whip, sword, ax, hammer, scythe and the half sword of legend. They each got their own weapon and Pang got the half sword. Then the Invaders came. Pang thought he was hallucinating, but he got knocked over by an invader. The Invader was about to strike, but then The Invader got blown back by a powerful explosion which Pang made! Pang was a wizard, and soon they had the upper hand on the battle, and they defeated the Invader! Pang got his mother back, and they went back to the town and fixed it. It was hard work but they did it, and they have lived there ever since.

Once there was a girl who believed her destiny was to ride alone. Her mother told her to never ride alone. But she couldn't help it. After all she had died and left her all alone with her strict father. So she left for a lonely island where there was an evil castle that had a strong army. But she knew she was wrong to leave by herself.

Then one day while she was trying to find an answer to a question her mother had asked her before she died. And as she was close to figuring the question she bumped into the evil.             

She fought and fought the evil and near the end of the fight she felt so limp. It was as if her knee was broken. She used to feel so tough and now she started doubting the thought. She started feeling dizzy, as if she had bumped her head into a tree limb. 

At the final moment when everything seemed lost she cried out for help her voice echoed through the mountains of the Island like a knock echoing through a house. The whole island felt empty. When everything calmed for a second and as she listened the floor started rumbling and at that present moment all her friends along her journey heard her call and came running. At that moment she knew the answer to her mothers question. All someone really needs is one good friend. After all, no one's destiny is to ride alone.

Sky stepped into the small, wooden room and released the rope holding the Ship in place at the place where Sky had seen other Ships. This should do, he thought. Sky was a blue-furred tom who had reverse gravity. He often came up with reckless ideas that would be useful later in his mission: to get to the island with the Half Lamb.

Sky tried to jump down to the weird-looking circle of wood, though he knew he would never make it. Eventually he got too tired to try, and struggled down to the top of the Ship. Rain was now falling, and he found it hard to see through the falling drops of water. Not a good idea. Sky then decided to get back inside, and look through the strange, transparent material for the island with the Half Lamb. The Ship was now in the middle of the ocean, with waves often slapping its front. There were many mysteries on the island with the Half Lamb, and so far no cat had ever made it out – let alone back – alive. There were many islands passing by, though none of them even had an ordinary lamb. Waves rocked the Ship now; a storm was coming. This is going to be a boring page in my diary. He had written in his diary for two days now. It would have been a boring mission, if it weren't for one wave, which happened to be coming right now. A loud slapping sound shot across the Ship, and Sky found himself floating in midair as the Ship started slowly creaking over… 

The Ship landed upside down on the water with a giant splash. But the Ship is unsinkable! A crunching sound filled his ears as a disgusting being started to eat the Ship, and Sky realized something was wrong with this being. A strange feeling crept along his spine until his sight flooded with the sight of a huge disgusting sea monster rushing towards him, the image of blood covered teeth, knives whizzing past him, one of the knives raking across him, a sword that was split in half, a glowing, blue crystal that seemed to be moving by itself, and a small, cute dolphin turning into an ugly brute, then swimming off into the ocean.

Sky burst through the surface of the water and almost instantly landed on palm leaves. The sea rippled as the last traces of the Ship sank down into the black water. A raggedy voice sounded from below. “Who are you?”

He opened his eyes. They stung from the seawater. A lamb was below him. As his vision started to clear, Sky saw that this was no ordinary lamb.

   

Our story begins on Echo Island, where our friend Charley was teaching his pet guinea pig, Spike, to tie knots. When there came a knock at the door. Come in, Charley said it was his brother Fred. “Hey bro” Charley said. “Squeak!” Said Spike., “you need to see this," said Fred.. panting.

Then half a minute later in the town square, “aliens.” said Fred and he was right, aliens  pouring out of theky “squeak”.  “Shhhhh Spike, stay calm!” Suddenly a laser sliced through the ground like a knife. 

“Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeak!” “whell so much for calm.” Said Charley. “Yup," said Fred. “I know how to stop this.” Then an alien appeared Charley threw  Spike at it and he bit it. 

“Eeeeeeeeeoooooowwwwww” it ran. “We need a safe place!” Said fred. Later in an abandoned warehouse with tons of scrap metal “let’s build.” 

“I’m almost done with the suits.” Said Charley. “I’m done with the mech,” Said Fred. “Hey, how did Spike get a donut!”Said Charley. Fred laughed.  “Spike, come and finish the suits.”  said Fred.  But Spike was already in the lab.  When Fred caught up Spike was already finished with the suits. 

“I’m finished with the mech!” yelled Charley.  Our heroes are ready to kick some alien butt!  (and maybe some knees).  The mech walked out of the warehouse as its doors opened.  And in the mech was where our heroes stood in their suits and ready to fight.  Our heroes were so close to the aliens' mothership but the aliens had a little bit of a trick up their sleeve.  Suddenly, a giant alien mech smashed into their mech and knocked them loose.  The alien mech unloaded a barrage of lasers onto HC7178 (H-8) (Freds mech).  “Height!”  Yelled Charley.  “Are you OK?” 

“I'm fine, infact…” Height snapped out his close combat (CC) sword and stabbed the alien robot in the foot.  Anchoring it there then released a barrage of his hellfire missiles, lazers, plasma bolts and even stationary miniguns onto the enemy robot.  Then Height chucked it out to sea and about two miles out.  Hit it with an honest to God's low yield no radiation nuclear warhead. A huge explosion rocked the shore.  I'm the best.” Said Fred.  “Save your nukes Fred, you're going to need them.” 

“SQUEEE YA!”  Said Spike as his suit planted a flying kick into an aliens face. When suddenly… BOOM! BOOM!! BOOM!!!  The alien mothership started bombarding Fred.  “If we don't stop it, it will destroy the island.”  Said Fred.  “I know how,” said Charley. “Charley said over the coms Fred you should”… “got it”. said Fred. Then Fred activated his rocket boosters and flew up into the alien mothership then released everything he had then a huge boom aliens all over the place started shutting down and the parts of the mothership disintegrated. Then all was back to normal… except for the alien mothership hyperdrive in their backyard.

THE END

There was once a man that had a murderous heart. His name was Echo. He had no family. He had a plan. He would murder the person that killed his family! The person who murdered his family was named Bob.

Next night he went to Bob’s house with a knife. He had a limp and a lamp. Echo was on the doorstep of Bob’s house. He knocked on the door, knife in hand. But no one answered the door. So he charged in. The house was dark and gloomy. He went further into the house. He would soon regret that. But Echo was wrong. Bob was not in the bedroom; he was behind him. Echo was listening. He heard something behind him. He turned around. There was Bob. He was cloaked with a knife in one hand and a gun in the other! 

Echo dodged into Bob’s bedroom and locked the door. “Bob said come out you coward.

“Echo said, “I’ll come out when I’m ready. Echo was not scared, he was calm because he had a plan to kill Bob. Bob started to shoot his gun at the door. Echo opened the door dodged a bullet and swung his knife and hit the gun out of Bob’s hand. Bob swung his knife at Echo. Echo blocked the knife with his knife. They started fighting. Bob stabbed his knife into Echo’s shoulder and threw Echo to the ground and prepared to stab Echo in the heart. “Can I be honest with you? I hate you with all my heart, Echo said. 

“Well you won’t have one in a few seconds.
“Oh yes I will shouted Echo. And he jumped up and talked Bob to the ground. And grabbed the gun that he had knocked out of Bob’s hand and put it to Bob’s heart. 

But then a policeman came into Bob’s house and saw the two knives and Echo holding the gun to Bob’s heart. Then the policeman raised his gun at Echo and said. “Drop the gun. 

“No," Echo said. 

Wait, are you Echo? 

“Yes, I am Echo. “Echo knew this policeman's name was Ethan. Echo had hated Ethan and Ethan had hated Echo. Then Echo killed Bob! And Ethan shot his gun at Echo and Echo shot his gun at the same time. And Ethan and Echo died!
