In order to show what skills students have they need to be tested at 8th grade. How will this data be used by the school, district?

*The testing can be disruptive to the campus.  Students are pulled from other classes to take the test and the the process uses 3 instructional days. The test must be  significant to justify this time away from regular schedule.

*Perhaps we can compare students that have taken Tech Apps vs. students that have not taken the course.  This would show the benefit to taking the course, and motivate the Tech App teachers to prepare students for assessment.
