This technique is simple and quick. It is used for thinking about the questions that offered by the tutor and then answering the questions. The questions were prepared by a ment website which is very useful website for creating questions and through it the learners can easily submit their answers. Additionally, along with these critical information I learned the most effective, up to date, and future of education, for instance, hologram, virtual reality, facial recognition, and duoilingo.
Each one of these methods is very significant method and has it’s beneficial if it is used in our classroom. For example, hologram is a video conferencing technique which is no need for tutor to be available in the classroom to teach the learners. Another technique is called facial recognition, actually this technique is an essential security, it is used for identification and verification, but it’s also essential technique for schooling to help instructors to understand student’s emotions.

Skills for 21 century were 3 significant skills namely learning skills which is included critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, these are very useful skills and each instructors need them in the class, literacy skills were information, media, and technology. Media literacy taught as to be aware of fake website and predatory journals, and life skills were about flexibility, leadership, initiative, productivity, and social skills. 
The term of Pedagogy is a teaching art, method, and practice, it is also taken as an academic discipline. Another important knowledge was about creative pedagogy which was consisted of creative teaching,  teaching for creativity, and creative learning. In creative teaching, I learned that teacher should have an interest and passionate about his/her module and use imaginative approachs to inspire students. In addition, tutor should appreciate the contribution of students and learn the learners to engage with the module and think that the module is their own. 
There are 4 key elements of effective pedagogy which were combination, content, change, and context. Combining the teaching methods will help learners to engage more efficiently with the module, finding the alternative and be flexible with the environment will assist the learners to learn easily and they will learn to tackle the problems that they will face it.

Lecturing is a traditional method in which the tutor explains and gives presentation about a specific topic for a passive student. Fish bowel learning is another modern teaching method that consists of two form of circle namely inner and outer while the tutor manages the discussion. In this technique the tutor suggests a specific topic, but inner circle discuss the topic while the outer circle take the notes quietly, the most important point about this method is that all the students participate because this technique is the student- centered approach. Each teaching method has it’s own feature and characteristic for learning learners. For instance, in flash cards instructors can use it to help his or her students in their learning by writing words, subjects, information on one side of the card, but the picture and explanation on the other side, it was effective method mostly for learning new language and it can be used from the kindergarten stage until university and also afterwards. Another method is called class discussion conducted by teacher, in this method a topic or question suggests by tutor and the learners discuss it, answer it, and tell their opinion about the topic or the question. Debate is also a teaching method that involves learners in the class to express their own opinion and develop their idea with description and demonstration. The main examples about debate was academic debate, parliamentary debate, cross examination debate, etc. In addition, model is one of the impressive teaching method because it assists learners to enhance their thinking abilities, giving them confidence, help them to guess and predict when they create the model by their own hand. Model divides into three basic forms namely software ( the model created by using computer software such as 3Dmax, autocade, etc.), physical, and conceptual. Laboratory experiment is about conducting an experiment by researchers either by one person or a group of participants by utilizing and following standard procedure. The main benefit of laboratory experiment method is that it allows learners to ask questions and by using this method the gap between the theory and practice will be filled. Another efficient method is called problem solving, in this method the learners try to solve and overcome the issue by using their knowledge, information, and skills that they have learned previously. Positive Learning Environment

    The environment of learning has a very critical impact on both instructors and learners because a supportive and positive learning environment creates a powerful and optimistic individual and learner. For creating a positive and supportive learning environment we need some significant strategies such as safety, construct trust with honesty, respect, relationships, engagement, conflict resolution, enforce rules and expectations, smile often, positive praise, support, decorate for students, excellent communication, high expectation of learning, personalized learning, learn about the students, extra help hours, positive parents call, social-emotional learning, etc.
 
Safety is one of the important points because the learners need to feel that they learn in a safe and protective place and environment to learn more effectively. Another strategy for creating a positive learning environment is respect and both tutor and student should respect each other and the tutor has to not allow anyone to be disrespectful in the class. Allowing the entire learner to participate and engage with the module and the session is also related to the engagement strategy.
 
Additionally, regarding constructing trust with honesty strategy, the instructor has to create trust among the learners and make them confident. Giving the learners a smile during the module makes them more comfortable, more engaging, and more thinking positively about the module. According to the conflict resolution strategy, the instructor should be all the time in a sense of peace with his/ her learners, and also he/ she should be flexible with them in some situation.
 
Furthermore, support strategy is also a significant one and the tutor should support the learners socially, academically, emotionally, etc. which helps the learners to engage efficiently with the module. Some learners need extra hour help from their tutor for more clarifications about the module or maybe about a particular topic, so the tutor should provide extra time for them.
 
In conclusion, a positive learning environment can be built by following these critical strategies like safety, support, positive praise, respect, engagement, etc. Both tutor and learner can engage efficiently with the module when they have a positive environment.

By assessment we can guide learning process, provide evidence, identify the student’s knowledge level acquisition, etc. Tutors assesses student’s knowledge, attitude, and psychomotor skills when he/ she assesses their learners competence.
From the assessment features, I learned that our assessment should have some critical characteristics  inorder to work very well, the main features are validity, reliability, educational impact, fairness
student engagement and motivation, and consequential relevance. 
In addition, we taught three assessment types such as summative which is done by instructor at the end of the course, while formative is another assessment type which is done during the course, but the self and peer assessment which is done by learner at any time .
The main outcome of this session was about learning the significant methods of assessment and using multiple methods will give us multiple learning outcomes. There are many assessment methods, for instance, map (matrix), direct and indirect, etc. Map/matrix method is a process that ensures that all outcomes of learning is assessed by a variety of methods. However, in direct method tutor can directly assess learners through essay, presentation, etc., but in indirect the learners write their reflection either via learning log or learning diary. 
Moreover, this session was very extensive and full of new knowledge, because we also learned about how will we assess knowledge, performance, and attitude of learners through several tools like multiple choice questions, oral presentation, poster session, project based learning, field trips, problem based learning, self assessment, 360-degree feedback, respectively. 
Another critical tool that we practiced in this session was rubric which is an effective tool for assessing learners activity. 
In conclusion, this theme was very intensive and interested one of this module because we learned about the importance of assessment, assessment characteristics/features, and methods/tools of assessment for assessing learners competence including their knowledge, skills, and attitude.

As group 7, we prepared our assignment based on the problem based learning which is one of the effective and efficient teaching method that helps learners to learn new knowledge about the given problem, explore about the solutions for the problem, discuss, collaborate, and explain it with their group members. The problem that we chosed for our learners was how does solid waste manage, and through our detailed guideline sheet we guided our learners to go through the right direction until discovering the effective solutions for managing solid waste. In addition, our prepared rubric was about how the learners prepared their presentation including the organization, content, structure, and checking if they fully followed our guideline or not, how they prepared for and partaking in the presentation date and through it we assessed our learners and gave them 2 chance for submitting their assignment. The significant point about this session was that we learned how do we prepare a guideline and rubric sheet as a tutor for our learners. Moreover, we have obtained informative knowledge from the other groups because each group prepared their work according to a different teaching method.
