The use of innovative teaching methods helps students to gain more experience in dealing with the issues of the working world that they will face in the future. The teacher plans the learning activities, then it acts as a coach and guide for individual and group information acquisition processes and provides the possibility of cooperation and learning at any time and place. Some innovative teaching elements can be achieved in different studies, such as combining different traditional learning methods with new digital media to enhance learning, which allows for individually designed curricula and long-term studies. To link practical and theoretical training and also the acquired knowledge directly reaches the stage of practical applications and leads to the development of necessary skills to be aware of problems and analyze their solutions.

One of the interesting and new methods that lead to deep learning and create creativity, and I got to know about it during this course and it really affected me, was the fishbowl. Fishbowl is a cooperative learning strategy focusing on social interaction among students. In this strategy students are separated into an inner and outer circle. Then exchange of ideas between a small group of students (usually 3 to 8 people) who sit in an inner circle and each one gives a short speech on the topic, and students in the outer circle listen to the discussion and take notes. This is an alternative method to lectures, where instead of one person, a group presents their topics. Using this teaching method provides the benefit of different or opposing opinions, provide interaction between students and teachers, instructors maintain greater control and students tend to stay focused. The fishbowl technique is used in political science, philosophy, advertising, science and decision making and ideals for all content areas.

1. Formative Assessment: this type of evaluation is done continuously at the end of each part of the taught material and throughout the academic year. Formative evaluation tasks do not end only with measuring the academic progress of students in different stages of teaching, but it also causes the student and the teacher to be informed in time about the type and type of problems. If the formative evaluation is not done and only the final evaluation is sufficient, there will be no opportunity to change the teaching method and plan of the restoration program.

2. Summative Assessment: in this type of evaluation, all the students’ learning is determined during an educational period, and its purpose is to grade the students and judge the effectiveness of the teachers’ work and the curriculum together. Through this assessment, it is possible to measure the dense learning of students during a training course, and because it is usually done at the end of the training course, it is also called final evaluation.

3. Self-Assessment: the assessor is the learner to cover all judgments of their work that can done at any time.
