Being placed in a general education classroom has shown to be very beneficial for Damion. First and foremost he can learn to his full potential. Furthermore he is able to further develop his social skills by building relationships with his peers. Although Damion will benefit greatly in this environment, its very important that they accommodate to him and ensure that he is getting aid if he needs it. That being said, the final benefit is that Damion is still able to access extra help should he need it.
