Die Architektur ist ornamental gestaltet, in gleichen Motiven, die sich wiederholen. Die sind auch dynamisch gebildet, z.B. die Rosen, die sich wiederholen in einer Spalte und dannach bei oberen Fenstern mehr Spannung mit Blätter und mehreren Blumen vermitteln. Trotzdessen ist es flach und es gibt graphische Elemente, z.B. die Linien, die auf die ganze Fasade auftauchen und eine Verbindung mit den Rosen bilden. Zum Einen, das markanteste Merkmal, ist die Nachahmung einer organischen Struktur, vorallem gut am großen Fenster zu erkennen. Der "Fensterrahmen" hat eine Optik, die Ähnlichkeit mit Knochen / Haut vorweist. Trotz des reliefartigen Fensters, ist die Fassade des Gebäudes (Farbspritzer) jedoch flächig ausgearbeitet. Die Farbspritzer erinnern an einer Blumenwand, die sich an das Gebäude heranhangelt (Blau-Grün-Gelbtöne) weswegen auch das florale Motiv des Jugendstils in diesem Gebäude vorhanden ist. Nebenbei zu erwähnen sind auch die "Kurven" des Reliefs, die sich z.
