At an early age, my biological dad was not and is not apart of my life due to alcoholism. Growing up, I lived with my mom and three older siblings, a separate house from my stepdad. My mom, older sister and I later moved into my stepdad's house by the end of elementary school. Starting at a very young age depression and built up fear had consumed my entire life due to sexual abuse and bullying.

Growing up in a three and a half room ranch house as the youngest child of a single mother (of four), I was thankful for anything I could get my hands on. Although, as a kid in elementary school, I didn't understand or see the importance of things until I got older.

As I grew mentally, as well as physically, I learnt the meaning of respect and the right and wrong ways to treat people. Sharing a healthy relationship with my parents, they taught me how to be the change I wanted to see in the world. Whether that was to be more positive, respectful, help others, etc., I wanted to be a better person. I wanted to be a better person than my siblings.

As a teenager, throughout middle school and high school, I've chosen to stay out of the lime-light so I wouldn't be bothered. But it seems that being the quiet kid wasn't anything more than a trap. Straight into middle school, I quickly became the eighth-grade-delinquents' prey. After an entire year of non-stop torment, by those who had claimed to be superior, I had finally opened up to my parents about the problems I had been having. They immediately took action and agreed to let me transfer schools.

The older I got, the more interested I became into music and art. At the age of eleven, I took on the hobby of playing guitar and retired the life-long dream by the time I was fifteen. When I entered the seventh grade, I had decided to join the percussion section of concert band and later put an end to the temporary passion. All throughout my life I've loved art in one way or another; creating, writing, performing, even as simple as watching or listening to it.
