I need to focus these down. Formulating a research question or questions is easier said than done. What i knew was i wanted a research area where i could add value, potentially publish, but mostly enjoy working on after all i am going to be spending a lot of time on this. 

I have a great group of colleagues on the course, and we are all feeling the same, scared, excited, confused.com, every single emotion possible. Knowing there were others feeling like me made me feel ok. We have set up a WhatsApp group to share handy tips and hints and support each other.

My name is Krishna Gohil, mum to 2 beautiful boys and wife to an amazing man. I am currently in my final year of my MSc in Leadership and management in Healthcare at the University of Salford, part time and the final year is here!

I work as a Senior Lecturer in Prescribing at the University of Northampton, as well as Clinical lead in Lower limb wounds and Surgical Wounds for the National Wound Care strategy Programme. I have a small Private podiatry practice and Sit as a Executive member on the Foot in Diabetes committee, Member of the Medicine Committee at the Royal College of Podiatry and Coach on the #150leaders with the college of Dean. I am also a fellow with the Royal college of surgeons and physicians (Glasgow) in Podiatric Medicine.

I started with having conversations about leadership in health care with my connections. Twitter has been invaluable for me in making connections, reading and updating myself. I contacted a few individuals who are working within leadership to see if I could organise meeting. This world of virtual meeting has been revolutionary for me. I was amazed by the response of everyone, willing to give up their precious time to chat my ideas through from around the world. The world of virtual meetings is fabulous. I got a feel for what is current and what is needed and now even more ideas :) I gained a lot from these meetings, with support, and encouragement.

She was amazing, and we planned supervision over the next year. She understood my whirl wind of ideas, and told me that at this stage that was ok. She gave me some really helpful tips to calm the storm in my head and gave me a keyword planning sheet, to help me post a question or scenario and then key words in the search, and then more alternative key words. I have started with this, and found useful references. She gave my a PRISMA diagram, which i will complete in due time, and the pico model for clinical questions. Invaluable!!
