Also, we encourage students using tablets and smartphones during the class to make them comfortable with the digital skills. For the students who are always with smartphones playing mobile games, we put our time teaching digital literacy.

Last but not least, we use IB teaching skills to the students make them reflect on themselves.

Sawoo elementary school is a good school as we, teachers provide as many activities as possible to the students. Also, our students are willing to join and enjoy most of ther activities so far.

We are teachers who teaches students who are still growing-let’s say developing. Education is important because we can see them changing and make them change in a good way.

I’m Yu jung working at a 90-year-old school with 1^st grade students.

My school was built in 1934 and it’s located in Hanam. In the past, a lot of students used to attend here, but with city’s development, it has decreased a lot. So about 500 students attend now.

The first good thing of my school is for students. My school is huge so we have a lot of space to spare. It has two 4^th floor buildings and one more additional and also has Gym separately. So students can have variety after-school activities.

The second one is good for just me. It’s only a 15-minute drive from my house and I think that distance is appropriate. Because It’s not too far away and I don’t have to run into students in the neighborhood.

Most students grow up in double-income families and there are many multicultural students in my school. So providing basic education to children is the biggest challenge of our school I think. And That’s why I am here .

Cheong Myeong Middle School was founded in 1997 and has grown to include 17 classes with 32 students each, totaling 544 students in 2024.

Our school proudly implements the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, focusing on character education through a colorful and engaging curriculum. This initiative includes autonomous school projects that connect with the IB framework.

Wawoo high school  is located in  Hwaseong city of Gyenggido, South Korea. It was built in 2023, which is quite new, and hasn’t had the senior grade yet; however, since this neighboring area has been newly built and still been under construction, there are a large number of students in each grade. In total, Wawoo high school has about  900 students.

Wawoo high school has several special features to share with you. First, it has  two special classes for 11 students who need extra support, where each student can be provided with individualized education. Also, It has a variety of students-centered club activities, where students can plan their curriculum for their own club activities. Finally, it has a gorgeous lunch system, where students as well as teachers are looking forward to having lunch every day.    

Wawoo high school is a good school because of specialized curriculum for students with handicaps, student-centered club activities, and thoroughly-planned cafeteria system.    

Education is essential as a social cradle for students specifically living in the suburban area because it is an important infrastructure to help students to achieve their dreams. And at  Wawoo high school, that's what we aim to do. Thank you for listening!

Deokjeong high school is located in Yangju city.  It was built in 1999 and has about 813 students. 

My school has several special features. First, it has a newly renovated library, where students and teachers can read books and relax in comfortable chairs. It also has a bowling club for students, which is quite well-known among local residents who want their children to pursue both sports and academic work to get to college. Finally, it has a wonderful cafeteria, where students can enjoy great lunch every day. My school is a good school because of all the nice people working and studying here. If you are considering moving to Yangju city, Deokjeong would be the best school.

JeokSeong Convergence High School is a very small school with fewer than 60 students, located in JeokSeong, Paju city. It is the only public specialized high school in Paju city.

My school is located in the countryside, so I was surprised to see water deer on the driveway at my school last year when I came here for the first time. Besides, they make weird sounds sometimes, unlike their elegant appearance.

Even though my school is very small and in the countryside, it is very important for students who are preparing for careers as soldiers or online marketers.

We also have a variety of extracurricular activities for students. I run a barista club for students who want to become baristas or get a barista certificate. We also organize events like Sharing Breakfast Day, shaing snacks for everyone and Tumbler Day, sharing free drinks who brings tumbler during lunchtime. Students love these kinds of activities.

Even though my school is very small and in the countryside, it is very important for students who are preparing for careers as soldiers or online marketers. All the teachers know everything about our students and care for them with sincerity. This is the reason all the teachers and students are happy at my school.

My name is Hankeyol Kim. I'm an English teacher from Dongtan Global High School, and I’d like to tell you about the school where I work. Dongtan Global High School is in Dongtan, Hwasung-si, Gyeonggi-do. It was built in 2009 and has about 600 students, everyone staying in the dormitory.

My school has several special features. First, it has beautiful gardens all over the places where students can enjoy the beauty of nature with seasonal flowers and perennial plants. Second, the buildings here are not only modernistic but also practical so that students can take full advantage of them with various club activities and separate subject classrooms. With its double occupancy dormitory, 5th floor main building, and well-facilitated gym, students can fully enjoy their school life. Finally, it has its enthusiastic teachers who don’t mind working late at night, supervising students’ self-study, and who don’t mind coming to school early in the morning to supervise students’ morning activities.

My name is Seong Hee-yoon, and I am currently teaching social studies to third grade students at Burim Middle School. After working at a high school for 10 years, I moved down to a middle school for the first time, and I am still working without any problems.

Burim Middle School Opened in 1992, it consists of 7 classes in the 3rd grade and 9 classes each in the 2nd and 1st grades. The location is near Anyang City Hall. Because the location is so good, it is used as a TOEIC test center every month. When used as a TOEIC test site, each class receives 10,000 won, so there is an advantage in being able to buy delicious snacks for each class later.

Burim Middle School has the characteristics of a book discussion and IB interest school. Burim Middle School will provide an excellent experience for students who want to participate in IB-related classes. Note that, from the outside, the entire building is covered in green netting like a construction site due to the exterior wall construction, so people who don't know much may be surprised to learn that students are going to school. However, the interior has been completely replaced with new ones and is as good as a newly opened school. Don't worry too much and be happy that you entered Burim Middle School.

The advantage of this school is that the students are really nice. For example, the all work hard in class, and they always greet teachers.

Of all the schools I have worked at so far, this is the school that gives me the least amount of emotional distress. However, because it is a small school, the workload is heavy. In addition, there is a lot of work pressure as we run various leading schools for students.

Though the workload can be a little heavy, the students are worth the extra work. I recommend this school to teachers who want to meet good students or try new educational activities.

My name is Aesil Han. I've been teaching students in elementary school for about 18 years. That feels like a long journey to me.

Often, we should have a topic sentence to set off parts of the body information. However, we don't always need them. This is an example of an instance where the information is solid enough that we don't necessarily need a topic sentence. However, for a student we might want to recommend something like "Let me tell you the basics about my school" just to get them in the habit. My school was built in 2015. That was a year when my town was built, too. There are about 1200 students enrolled. it is located in Dongtan, Hwaseong City.

Our school has three special clubs for teachers. <-Good topic sentence One of them is Reading club, which i am a member of. This club is very helpful for me as I gain insight into various thoughts of other teachers though reading.

The other is the tennis club,

and the third one is the walking club.

My school is very important to me because it allows me to earn money, interact with many adorable students, and achieve my goals. Good reasons why it's important. Now we just need a "knockout punch" sentence to seal it. A simple "Thank you for listening" is good for elementary students. If we wanted to be fancy, we could put the first independent clause last and make that our final sentence: "My school allows me to earn money, interact with ... Therefore, it is very important to me."

My name is Sojin Kim, and I am a teacher at Sangwon Elementary School, I’m teaching 6th grade this year. Sangwon Elementary School is located in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, and it has around 500 students enrolled.

One of the highlights of our school is the English Center, where two native English-speaking teachers are work and rotate around elementary schools in the Bucheon area to teach. Our school is also an IB candidate school and a digital creativity competency school, which encourages teachers to try new approaches for teaching as much as possible. There are various student clubs and sports activities, too which provide students many opportunities to learn and grow.
