         <description><![CDATA[<p>Space: Feeling safe to express their views by using different settings to encourage them to be open without fear of repercussion e.g. conversations with younger children being had in play area whilst playing with toys together to show teamwork. </p><p><br/></p><p>Voice: Offered different ways of giving their views by using different forms of communication based upon the child's age. E.g. drawing, through play or speech. </p><p><br/></p><p>Audience: Ensuring they understand what we can do with their views by fully informing them of the likely outcomes of their decisions and allowing for informed decisions to be made from these outcomes. </p><p><br/></p><p>Influence: Giving them feedback through positive praise or discussing other options available for them to think about.</p>]]></description>
