"Prospective  teachers  can  also  learn  what
questions  to  ask  about  students’  family  back grounds, educational experiences, and cultural norms and values". As I teacher it is crucial to be connected with my students. Knowing my students background, cultures, history, the small details in which makes my students them, this will allow to succeed in the classroom. If students feel comfortable, respected, acknowledged they will do better in school.
