         <description><![CDATA[<div> </div><div>To: All staff ABC Company <br><br></div><div>From: HR executive, ABC Company HR Department <br><br></div><div>Date: 25<sup>th</sup> October 2017 <br><br></div><div>Subject: Staff being late in reporting for work. <br><br></div><div>Time and discipline are the two essential factors which drives a company. Recently it has been found that the employees have started taking the office timings lightly. There has been a sudden increase in the late comers. <br><br></div><div>It is therefore become imperative for the company to take necessary actions. It has been decided by the management if any employee is late by more than 5 minutes then it will be considered as a late attendance. When this late count attendance will reach 3 in a month, the employee will be marked absent for one day. <br><br></div><div>The management will always accepting the reasonable reasons for being late, but when the employees start taking the given privileges for granted then it becomes the responsibility of the company to take required course of action, so from now onwards no late coming requests would be accepted. <br><br></div><div>However there some recommendations provide below on how all of you can be punctual: <br><br></div><div>1.       Improve your self-time management skills. </div><div>2.       Remind yourself that being punctual as a matter of good attitude. <br><br></div><div>Hope to see you all complying with the company rules. <br><br></div><div>Please don’t hesitate to contact me if there is any ambiguous issue. <br><br></div><div> <br><br></div><div>CAMILE PEI ERN <br><br></div><div>HR Executive, ABC Company <br>                                                  </div><div><br><br><br><br><br><br> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To:All staff&nbsp;<br>From:HR Executive<br>Date:25/10/2017<br>Subject:The Staff has not being punctual on time<br><br>Lately,the staff has not being punctual.General manager would like to resolved this issues.<br><br>The number of staff that was late has been increasing since January until April.<br><br>We would like to give some recommendations on how you can be punctual.The recommendations are:<br>1.Anticipate delays before traffic jam<br>2.Plan your schedule at night<br>3.Adapt in waking up early before 2 hours to work.<br>4.Set your time by 15 minutes early for every thing you do.<br><br>Please contact me if you have any question through my email.
