Subject: Staff being late in reporting for work. 

Time and discipline are the two essential factors which drives a company. Recently it has been found that the employees have started taking the office timings lightly. There has been a sudden increase in the late comers. 

It is therefore become imperative for the company to take necessary actions. It has been decided by the management if any employee is late by more than 5 minutes then it will be considered as a late attendance. When this late count attendance will reach 3 in a month, the employee will be marked absent for one day. 

The management will always accepting the reasonable reasons for being late, but when the employees start taking the given privileges for granted then it becomes the responsibility of the company to take required course of action, so from now onwards no late coming requests would be accepted. 

However there some recommendations provide below on how all of you can be punctual: 

1.       Improve your self-time management skills. 
2.       Remind yourself that being punctual as a matter of good attitude.

Subject:The Staff has not being punctual on time

Lately,the staff has not being punctual.General manager would like to resolved this issues.

The number of staff that was late has been increasing since January until April.

We would like to give some recommendations on how you can be punctual.The recommendations are:
1.Anticipate delays before traffic jam
2.Plan your schedule at night
3.Adapt in waking up early before 2 hours to work.
4.Set your time by 15 minutes early for every thing you do.

Subject: Staff do not punctual to work 

Staff are not punctual to work at company,this problem cause the efficiency of staff are decrease.The imortant of punctual to work:
1)Conpany performance is progressing smoothly.
2)A good image when you punctual to work.
3)Punctual to work is show you are a discipline person.

More staff are getting late due to that we trying to avoid this serious problem and we are recommended a method to improve your sense of time. 
We are changing our rules which is (staff are able come early to company one hours and company will pay it as your working time due to that you are able to nap or talking to others before you start your daily work)

There several reasons that causes them to be late.Our manager decided to make some changes to this scenario. Staff of being late is increases increases from January to April.We would recommend all the staff to sleep early and wake up early.Therefore,staff can prevent suffering from traffic congestion and get to work on time.
