The next day after buying the book I decided to try making a strawberry bread as it was easier to follow the steps than other desserts, the book even gives the proper ingredient ratios and instructions, which is very user friendly for a novice like me. For example, what ingredients to add at what time and how much ingredients to add, all these are very detailed instructions inside the book. It's as if a professional baker is teaching me by hand and it's well worth buying. I get it, and that's probably why he's a bestseller, but it has to be mentioned that one very obvious downside to this book is that after reading and using it you gain a lot of weight If you're thinking of buying it you must be careful.

In our complex society, communication between people is essential, but communication can not avoid lying, some people believe that lying is a violation of moral rules, another part of the people think that lying is part of life we can not get away from lying, in my opinion, lying although there are many benefits, but I think lying is not good.

Lying is generally viewed in society as a normal human behavior that plays a very important role in reconciling our interpersonal relationships and work life. We lie generally with a purpose, for example, in interpersonal interactions we often choose to protect someone from the brutal truth, we often choose to hide information or deceive the person to protect them from being hurt, so as to avoid bad influences on us. The purposefulness of deception can be simply summarized as seeking benefit for oneself while avoiding punishment.

However, although lying is a behavior we all do, lies cannot be turned into truth, and once broken will cause great harm to all aspects of our lives. Firstly, lies create a crisis of confidence; not lying, whether in business or politics, is a fundamental principle that is difficult to repair once broken. Secondly, once a lie is broken, the backlash will be even more extreme, for example, the friend you protected through the lie finds out the truth, and is likely to think even more extreme thoughts, which can have a serious damaging effect on our personal interests. Finally, when you tell a lie, you need another lie to explain the lie, and this way the lies will grow and grow in a vicious circle.

Overall, while lies do a good job of reconciling our relationships, they have a much more negative impact
