As Growth Mindset is about being mindset being positive, looking things in a different way than we usually see. Do not have a fixed mindset that things will only turn out this way.

So from this course, I feel good and positive after the end of the course. The facilitator allow us to share our emotions so that it promotes free will.

Teachers chose their topic of interest and shared what they have learnt through the reading associated to the topic of interest and reflected about their own experiences. The discussion was facilitated amongst themselves.
