It is such a multifaceted term which is unique to every single country because no two countries are completely alike. From the native foods, dances, attitudes, music, religion, the culture of each nation is simply unique.

I really do believe my culture is amazing. Our dancehall and reggae music is like no other. The minute someone hears just the first lyric of one of our songs, it's no doubt they'll be in a great mood afterwards. Our food is also amazing - one of my very favourite dishes is our national dish - Ackee and Saltfish - IT'S SOO GOOD! When I think of my culture, I think of layers of heritage all molded into one. It's kind of like a big pot of different cultures from all around the world, mixed to suit the palette of the people from my island. The music, dances, food, clothing, religions and festivals help redefine the culture of my people. The way they dress, the food they eat, the music they enjoy-these are all aspects of culture. It is a major part of who we are or rather makes up who we are.

Here in Grenada our culture has a mixture of African, French, British and West Indian influence. They have contributed majorly to our folklores, dialect (broken language), our food and especially our music and dances. 

Grenada's biggest cultural event is Carnival. It showcases our various music genres, as well as our dances and traditional activities. We have steel pan, soca, calypso, big drum nation dances, short knee, moko jumbie and the all famous 'JAB JAB'. I would love to add pictures of them all to give you an idea, however you can google it :)

 Many of the Caribbean islands share the commonality of carnival, however differences in the activities can be observed. The Surinamese culture is really beautiful, because there are a ton of different cultures in Suriname that learn from each other. You can see that thru our dishes, clothes and religion. My culture consists of many foods, dances, traditions, and honestly, the list can go on. Both sets of my grandparents were born in Mexico (different parts) and have since migrated here. I am a first-generation American, which gives a mix of both America's culture and Mexicos culture. 
Mexico's culture is honestly the best! Lots of colors, lots of food, lots of dancing, lots of crazy animals. It's a little hard to put America's culture into words, but since most people know what the United States is up to, I won't elaborate. :)

My culture is a blended mix of both personal heritage ( German, Native American, Czech, Scandinavian, Russian, Polish) and local heritage (which is a mix of Mexican, Native American, and an additional mix of European heritage, this also includes the culture of my city's " Old Settlers"), In the Kansas City suburb, I live in we have a huge celebration every year in my city's downtown where we have concerts and parades and sometimes dress up like the old settlers. We have a lot of cultural restaurants ( mainly Mexican food). A lot of street names, parks, schools, and even an island are named after local Native American tribes and their chiefs/members.
