• I am feeling very excited about this project. All participants are happy to go ahead with the design process.
• There is a lot to plan before next week in relation to Garda vetting, Insurance and redrafting the photo consent form the Ballagh Project sent to me.

• Sorting out Insurance, Garda Vetting and the Off Campus Risk Assesment Form.
• Drawing up and handing out Photo Consent form.
• Visit to Garden to see the space where the mosaic is going. 
• Action drawing with crayons to music, moving around the table clockwise. 

• I started to investigate how to get the ATU insurance documents on Monday this week. It took longer than anticipated to find out about the procedures, and in the end, on Thursday afternoon I was grateful to get the help of two lecturers to get all the documents in order for the workshop Friday. If I do this again I will allow more time for this procedure. I was so happy when the workshop could ge ahead, as I did not want to dissapoint the participants. 
• The actual workshop was great. Four of the participants were present and we all walked to the Garden in the sunshine. We did a walk around the Celtic Oak spiral to get rid of any worries and problems and to pick up positive energy and invite good things into our lives. We also had a chat about the place for the mosaic and the project in general. 
• Action drawing to music was a good way to just enjoy the drawing process. I am looking forward to the next workshop in two weeks time. 

• Planning the workshops for the next two sessions 0n the 3rd and the 24th of March.
• Went to the Cinema and got old movie posters for the planned collage on the 24th of March.

• A slower week.
• It felt good to have a week without too much going on with the workshops. I am planning to make a few cardboard frames for the participants so that they can each frame a part of the collectve drawings.

• Workshop from 10 am to 12 noon on the 3rd March.

• Planning workshop for this Friday to include making a collage and action drawing to music. 
• Painting up a background design on recycled cardboard and getting collage pieces ready for workshop.

• Calling to the Ballagh project on Monday and Wednesday to chat about upcoming workshop.

• I felt excited for the main workshop of the project to go ahead this week. 
• It worked very well to have the background painted up loosely for the collage mosaic pieces to go onto. 
• The workshop went well, with all participants enjoying themselves and staying focused for two hours. 
• We did the mosaic first and then collabarotive drawing to music. 
• Delighted to have set a date for us to meet again in June to do the actual mosaic in the garden and have a BBQ.
