Extra chairs and tables will be removed or spaced out. Chairs will be at least six feet apart. Students will be reminded to keep chairs six feet apart. Masking tape to designate where chairs should remain.

Marker will be placed 3 ft. from desk, as desk is about 3 feet wide. Students will Teachers will only send students to library via e-pass (no paper)



Students will bring books to circ. desk. Stand on marked spot. Librarian will pull up student record. Student will hold out book and librarian will scan. OR Students will put books on hold and librarian will have them ready for pickup no later than end of day the next school day; students should pick up within 72 hours or book may go to next student on hold list.

Students will put book in "dop box". While wearing gloves, books are checked in when bucket gets full. All books are placed in a quarantine bucket, marked with a dry erase safe date. There will be three of these buckets. 

Will help teacher manage physcial distancing, if needed.

One to two students allowed from each class on an e-pass to check out only. No clubs will meet in the library. No students during lunch or advisory.




Students can utilize "click and collect" from their personal devices using the hold feature in Destiny.  Students will come collect held books themselves within 72 hours, then book may go to next person on hold list. In small schools, librarians may deliver books to classrooms for students (not applicable for large schools with solo librarians).


Students will put book in "drop box".  Books will be checked in and returned the shelf after three days. Held books will be delivered to students during homeroom.



Classes will not come to the library.

Students will be requested to wear a mask and books will be handed over at two arms' length. Holds will be kept for 72 hours then will go to next student on hold list.


Students will put in box on cart during weekly curbside pickup. The box will be set aside for three days, and then books will be checked in.
