What’s the contingency plan if key stakeholders (e.g., facilitators, sponsors) leave or disengage?
How will we adapt the process if we learn that parts of it don’t work in this new department’s context?

How will you track participation, engagement, and outcomes without creating administrative burden?

What’s the communication plan to set expectations and promote engagement?
What is the timeline of communities being up and running?
What systems or tools will be used to schedule, track, and manage forum logistics (e.g., invites, agendas, notes)?

What incentives (formal or informal) exist to encourage participation and adherence to the process?

Who is accountable for ensuring the process is followed—and what happens if it’s not?

How will the Champion Hub differentiate content between different champion types.

Will Communities have a FO, and if yes, how will they be trained AND supported?

Will Community forums receive a budget for SuperCharges? If yes, it provided by the NC or the Community.

Who will provide support to Community forum moderators?

Who is writing the processes under which these forums will operate.

Do we understand correctly that we will be part of the Steering Committee as a secondary department?

What is a product?

Are there things that are not products that we do?

Is there a difference between customers and consumers?

How do we treat dual roles like CFFs - both vendors and members. Are these compartmentalized or integrated somehow?

Is a platform a product? Like the idea of the CFF directory and future booking tool?

Are the virtual and in-person delivery of forum training the same product or different products?

Managing the product list is itself a product of the head of who manages that relationship. There is an innovation aspect of this that is every-changing which could make this list difficult to maintain and keep relevant/helpful.
