I m Shefali Bhattacharya and i would like to share my experience of online classes. At first it was confusing and challenging but i think our team took the challenge appropriately and did a great job. We took each others help and created effective online classes and i think it was a huge success for our entire team and me myself. And best part of this online classes is we could communicate with our students even during this harse situation and i also like the fact that we have became so close to our colleagues when we were close by distance our heart and mind was not together but after the initiation of online classes though we are far in distance we are close together with our mind and heart. And i really want to thank solidarity family and rishi sir and reena maam for giving an opportunity to learn something new and explore an entire different way of teaching and learning. And also giving a chance to  enhance our professional skills and providing so much of support for us. Initially I would like to thank our principal ma'am Mrs. Reena Acharya for providing this platform to share my online teaching experiences with all..
As teaching is a continuous learning process when we moved from our traditional teaching to digital teaching I got an opportunity to experience and explore the digital world. Along with this I got an opportunity to learn new methods of teaching which helped me to improve my skills and knowledge. Initially it was difficult to cope with new technique but with continuous encouragement and support from the team I was able to overcome this hurdle.
Because of this online teaching even in this pandemic situation we got a chance to share our knowledge and wisdom to our students by keeping them safe. Due to this new method of teaching our guardians also got chance to get familiar with our teaching procedures and techniques. We even got positive feedback from parents.
