         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>Anxiety disorders are more prone to women but not only women experience them.</div><div>Also, men and children experience anxiety. It has been revealed by research that women's</div><div>hormones often change during the month. This can cause changes and influence anxiety</div><div>Occurring When hormone testosterone changes. As a result, anxiety has various negative impacts</div><div>such as;</div><div>First, it's cause feeling of panic, uneasiness and fear. This can make one not believe in himself hence doing something stupid in the process. For example, someone can end up hurting a part of his body due to anxiety. Second, it's uncontrollable and obsessive thoughts that can lead to more stress in oneself. This can cause one to harm his mindset and cannot think clearly. For example, one can overthink and end up killing himself because of a minor problem of dispute. Third, it's shortness of breath that can cause one to have difficulties in breathing. This can lead to chronic respiratory diseases or even death. Finally, anxiety affects the society in many ways.</div><div>For instance, if someone is having nightmares or uncontrollable stress, then he might make the society unsafe. It will be causing disturbance while making noise and can easily harm a member in the society.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Best solution of Anxiety and Implementation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anxiety is a serious problem that should be solved as soon as it is determined. We chose the<br>solution of visiting a psychiatrist as the best solution to achieve solving the problem. Talking to a<br>medical personnel who is qualified to know where the cause of anxiety is can help solve the<br>problem more. The problem in this case is a mental problem and can be solved more through<br>talking to a qualified personnel who knows how to deal with the issue. We can tackle the<br>implementation of this solution by coming up with a schedule to visit the psychiatrist. Putting up<br>reminders on the mobile phones will ensure that no appointments are missed. In addition, putting<br>a positive attitude towards the visit sessions so that help can be synthesized can be done. Anxiety<br>is a problem that if one talks about their fears openly, then they can get help as fast as possible.<br>Therefore, visiting a mental health doctor who is a psychiatrist will help talk and solve the<br>problems relating to anxiety.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The problem in this case is anxiety which is a type of mental disorder condition. This problem is significant to be researched on since it makes individuals get difficulty in doing daily duties. It has led to people making so many mistakes just because they are not well prepared and are not sure of themselves. We decided to write about this to ensure that awareness about anxiety problem existence is created and some of the causes and their descriptions are given. There are some of the causes of this problem. First, the environmental factors that can happen when someone experiences a trauma trigger because of something in the environment. This takes place mostly for those who have do not like certain. For example, if someone sees a place where something bad like being conned' then he might feel anxiety. Second, the heredity is some anxiety disorders are running in families. Hence, one can get them from the parents. For example, anxiety of always having sweaty hands can run through the family. Third, chemical imbalance is having more stress can lead to change in the chemical balance that control mood. For example, one of the stress is having a money matters can lead to cause of anxiety. To conclude, anxiety is a serious problem caused by environmental factors, heredity, and chemical imbalance.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anxiety has various solutions that can be sort for. First solution is seeking medication attention for the treatment of the disorder by being given anti-anxiety<br>medications. These medicine decrease the panic, anxiety and worry in an individual.<br>As a result, such medication if given to an individual suffering from anxiety problems, will get a positive result. Second solution is visiting a psychotherapist to<br>help one deal with his emotional response. The mental health provider ensures that he<br>applies strategies that can manage anxiety. For example, this is done by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Another solution is limiting use of caffeine in tea, chocolate, and cola food substances. This will help reduce great on the anxiety levels since these caffeine substances add to more anxiety. Furthermore. One of the best<br>solutions is living a healthy lifestyle. This involves taking balance diet foods and<br>doing regular exercises. As a result, the anxiety levels in individuals will be reduced<br>greatly. For example, a balanced diet is a meal that has carbohydrates, proteins,<br>vitamins and fruits in it. To conclude, avoiding stress agents such as getting into fights will&nbsp;be avoided.</div>]]></description>
