Having students write down each idea they have on sticky notes would waste a lot. I want to try this but with having them record their ideas on just one sticky note and then collaborate with the people at their table groups.</div>]]></description>

I think the mingle pair share would be great in order to have students talk to classmates they may not normally work with. The sage and scribe would keep students engaged because they really have to think about what they are saying and listen to their partner.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Alternative to Think-pair-share:&nbsp; I love the Sticky Note Storm idea.&nbsp; You couldn't use it all the time because of using so many sticky notes but every once in a while would be fun!&nbsp; I could see posing a question such as "write as many fractions that are equivalent to 1/2 as you can".&nbsp; They write one fraction on each sticky note and see if they can cover their desk with sticky notes.&nbsp; They would love this!</div>]]></description>
