- Notes on Miss Gulch, etc: What I love about this costume/makeup is that it is very clearly a unique character, but not only gives nod to the alternate person of Miss Gulch as the witch in Dorothy's dream, it also allows the actor playing the character to not alter very much about their appearance (besides the green face paint) in their quick change(s).
