         <description><![CDATA[<div>Digging deep into the meaning of traditional leadership and why indigenous youth are key to the continued protection of their ancestral territories.<br><br>Participants will learn about different models of leadership and their impacts on indigenous territories, share their learnings from interviews with leaders they did before the training, watch videos about different indigenous peoples' understanding of leadership, and take part in a talk-show with indigenous leaders from across the world. They will go on to consider together:&nbsp;<br><br>1. What do we need to do so that our leaders and leadership systems can best protect our territory?&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>2. What are the roles of the youth in protecting the territory?</div>]]></description>
