         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Share. A key competence for teachers. A social and professional competence.</strong><br>Dear colleagues. Today I share with you my proposal for the development of social skills in the rainforest.<br>For a good activity, it is important to know that social competence connects personality to social well-being and requires the ability to understand how one can achieve a full physical and mental state.<br>The core skills of this competence include the ability to communicate constructively in different environments, to show tolerance, express and understand different viewpoints, to negotiate with the ability to create confidence and to feel empathy.<br>Participants in the activity should organize themselves into groups and undertake a tour of the rainforest. Throughout their journey, participants should record evidence of the following attendances:</div><ul><li>The ecosystems</li><li>The diversity</li><li>The species</li><li>The values</li><li>The heritage of sounds present in nature</li><li>The ecosystem's natural heritage</li><li>The region's unique cultural heritage</li><li>The colors and their symbolism</li></ul><div>The activity continues with a presentation of the groups on the evidence gathered and a description of the sensations experienced along the way. This is followed by a discussion among the participants to develop a guide for developing social skills in the described context. At this point, the participants should reveal their capacity for argumentation, assimilation of different points of view and ability to reach agreement.<br>Throughout this activity, participants should develop:</div><ul><li>The observation</li><li>The interpretation</li><li>The knowledge</li><li>The discussion</li><li>The reflection, and </li><li>The creativity</li></ul><div>By the way, and to link this activity to my area of education, I should mention that it provides physical activity, health, well-being and inner peace with oneself and with nature.<br>To conclude, participants should reflect how social skills are fundamental to achieving the 17 <a href="https://www.globalgoals.org/">Global Goals</a> set in 2015 for sustainable development. <br><br>The proposals presented by the participants were excellent examples of how to develop key competences in the proposed context.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Once again, the chosen location, islet of Gosier, to approach the proposals of global projects, focused on the development of key competences of lifelong learning, surprised us by the natural beauty, the unpredictability of time and the human footprint. In the sharing, it became clear the need for outdoor training projects, to respect three premises: 1º to focus on global themes (internationalization/multiculturalism); 2º to promote integrated learning of all key competences of lifelong learning in the project; and 3º to provide an interdisciplinary participation with tasks formulated from the application of flexible curricular contents, in autonomy in the choice of contexts and creativity in the operationalization of projects. </strong></div>]]></description>
