What you will need                                                        

   6 eggs       

6 tablespoons of  milk                                                                                     

    salt pepper (optional)                                                                                                 

          Toppings spatula

pan whisk            Butter (if pan is not no stick)         

Crack 6 eggs in bowl (check for any shells)

Add salt pepper if using 

Pour 6 teaspoons of milk into bowl 

Mix with whisk 

Put oven to medium low then put pan on oven       

Put butter on pan if not using non  stick pan               

Pour mixture into pan let sit for 30 seconds 

Then gently push forward   with spatula

Put on plate or in bowl

add toppings like syrup 

 EAT!
