But it is important to be aware of the risk may have this procedure. The ability to edit genes raises ethical concerns about unintended consequences and the possibility of misuse. Moreover, the technology is so precise that it can target specifics genes for modification, offering hope for curing generic diseases. Additionally, is too new to understand well what will be its long-term impact in the future. In conclusion, while CRISPR wide range of possibilities it must be approached with caution and stringent regulation to ensure its responsible use.

By Mariuxi Ludeña

Secondly, it is important to get to know about this method about the advantages and disadvantages that it runs.

In conclusion we have to investigate and be aware of this type of technology to see if it is good or bad to including in the nature life or maybe give a suggestion about the use of it.

By Jessica Mozo

Gene drives, enabled by CRISPR technology, are a controversial but promising tool in genetic and medical development. They can increase recovery of specific genes of living beings allowing scientists to combat diseases, for example avoid malaria by modifying mosquito populations.

However, while this technology offers more outcomes and good results, it also raises concerns about unintended ecological consequences and the potential for uncontrolled spread. Scientists are working on developing control mechanisms and conducting thorough risk assessments. Even though, the debate continues between those who see gene drives as a powerful tool for improving public health and preserving ecosystems, and those who would prefer more traditional approaches to these challenges; I really believe on research progresses, considerating both the risks and potential benefits will be crucial in determining the future of gene drive technology.

In my opinion, the invention of CRISPR is the most amazing discovery by scientists because they could treat some diseases correctly as it has the potential to change the future of medicine and biology dramatically cases, they can control invasive mammalian species. This technology has a lot of potential in humans and talking about malarian control.

First, we can say that scientists can give some opportunities to people who are suffering from difficult diseases and, they will have more chances to recover from this. However, it is a risk because you do not really know if it is going to accept your body system.

Second, talking about mammalian species it is a benefit for the ecosystem because with this technology specialists could contribute to stopping the bigger reproduction in the environment. Nevertheless, people must be conscious of the potential problem it could become with gene drives that the modified animals can develop mutations that neutralize them.

To sum up, new technology discoveries are beneficial to different people, and it is also beneficial for the environment as well. We do not have to be afraid of the changes that come from technology.

Nevertheless, both sides are right, we must to looking for more information and can decide.

Finally, CRISSPR is a hard subject to talk, is spite of, we must neutrally people and try to understand the main aim it has.

CRISPR is a medical strategy that can help people who suffer from genetic diseases. In my opinion, this is a risky strategy that needs a lot of research in human bodies to assure if it won’t have side effects. First, I believe it is risky because it has to do with DNA cells, this technique edits DNA to treat diseases. For me it is so dangerous to take cells out, edit them and put them back again, doctors don’t know if this procedure can certainly help the patient. According to articles it hasn’t been tested in so many human beings. One of the biggest risks of CRISPR is what's called gene drive. It means medical researchers are actually manipulating cells and the changes are not known. To sum up, I could say that people who decide to apply for this treatment needs to be 100% sure it will help them. If not, they would take every path possible to treat their diseases.

By: Elizabeht Acosta

In my opinion, applying CRISPR technology has some health risks. First, it is important to think about how researchers use it to avoid new health problems or unintended consequences. Moreover, if it is true that this tool could cure some degenerative illnesses, not all people might have access to these treatments. It means poor people can’t have this treatment because they do not have enough money to pay for it. Another risk is the genes edition, particularly for human embryos, humans are not God, so our task is not to select the intelligence, the color, or the weight/height of a new baby.

To conclude, it is important to use CRISPR with ethical responsibility, this kind of scientific advancement could help people, but most of them are rich, and the poor people always will maintain without any chance of being cured.

CRISPR is a powerful tool that allows scientists to edit genes in living organisms, and I believe it holds great promise for the future. One of the biggest benefits of CRISPR is its potential to cure genetic diseases like cystic fibrosis and sickle cell anemia by correcting the faulty genes that cause these conditions. This could improve the lives of many people who currently have no effective treatment. CRISPR can also be used to make crops stronger and more resistant to pests and diseases, which could help increase food production and reduce hunger around the world. However, while CRISPR is very promising, we need to be careful about how we use it. Editing genes is a complex process, and there could be unexpected side effects that we do not yet fully understand. There are also ethical concerns, especially when it comes to editing human genes, as this could affect future generations in ways we can’t predict. Therefore, it is important to approach CRISPR with caution, ensuring that we fully understand the risks and benefits before making any major decisions. In conclusion, CRISPR has great potential, but it must be used responsibly to ensure that it brings better than harm.

GABRIELA F.

In my personal opinion scientist should investigate more about the modification done in the DNA of the animals because it can affect our ecosystem, scientist should consider the positive and negative impact that can cause in our ecosystem. We know that when we use the CRISPR technology to modify the genes of the mosquitos we reduce the among of infections that these insects can produce in humans. For example, in the Coastal region it is mandatory to use pesticides to confront and take control on the mosquitos. According to the statistics that we find in the hospital, the number of patients infected with malaria is fewer than previous years. It has done people still alive after a treatment.

Nevertheless, scientist should consider the negative impact that it will provoke in the environment. A gene drive could get out of control and spread uncontrollably across country borders, or the mosquitos develop mutations and develop resistance to the pesticides. It could be really dangerous for our ecosystem due to the fact that each animal has a function in our ecosystem.

To sum up, CRISPR technology can be really beneficial to reduce the diseases in our world avoiding that people pass away because we don’t have the right treatment. But scientist need to develop a deeply research and identify the mutations of the genes in a mosquito before to the new mosquitos will be released in the environment.

By Alberto F

In my opinion, CRISPR technology has great potential to cure diseases, but it also raises important ethical concern that need careful consideration.

First, CRISPR can be a power tool to cure genetic diseases that were previously untreatable. For example, diseases like cell anemia and certain kinds of cancer could be effectively treated using technology. Second, CRISPR can also help farmers grow stronger crops that can resist diseases and bad weather. But changing human DNA brings up big questions, like the worry about causing new problem we did not expect. If it is too expensive, only rich people be able to use it, which is not fair. In conclusion, CRISPR technology has huge potential, but we need to use it wisely and make sure it is safe for everyone.

By Gerardo Revelo

Besides it is an expensive process.

In conclusion, we should not use this technique to change the DNA because even having a set of regulations or a protocol to administrate it; people would like to pretend to be like God.

BY: Edgar L.

Today the science has developed a lot of over the time; for instance, Scientist explains us about the benefits about the CRISPR gene editing; however, in my point of view I am not agree with this type of procedures like the CRISPR because of, it is created in a lab. Besides, gene editing does not give us the guarantee that it will not cause irreparable damage not only for human being but also to the ecosystem too. First at all, CRISPR method not is natural procedure due to modification the genes, it could have bad effects in our functioning body. Secondly, la genetic modification could create other species and our ecosystem does not have the conditions to guarantee the life, for instance CRISPR could help us to decimate to malaria mosquitoes through offspring male mosquitoes.

To sum up, science could help us a lot but, we have to respect the natural process, Science must be applying awareness to figurate something and avoid causing irreparable damage to others.

By Mayra

From my vantage point of view, the use of CRISPS technology could change the way how scientist treat serious diseases.

First, I strongly consider that technology evolve every day that is why the medicine field should take advantage of it and apply, in malaria for example. Of course we know it can have a big cost. nonetheless, getting accurate results will make it worth.

Second, there is the risk that gene drivers could intervent more species than we expected that is why a responsible and precise control should exist in order to avoid damage in the ecosystem.

Third, applying this gene drive can develop mutation in animals. However, simony’s group is working in avoid it happen by placing the gene drive in a specific genome mosquito as a sample.

In conclusion, the gene drivers must be implemented by following specific requirements probed by scientists, government, environmental activist and so forth in order to benefit and improve human lives.

In my point of view, the use of this technique could help people to find the cure to some illnesses like Malaria. Technology that can increase the odds of a certain gene being inherited will have many benefits in healthcare system. First, I would like to express my ideas in pross to CRISPR, because scientist must be prepared for the current methods to control malaria are facing difficulties with the insecticide resistance to stop the growing up of the parasite. Secondly, this technology has a lot of potential. For example, it could be used to decimate populations of malaria-carrying mosquitoes by making the majority of their offspring male, it could be good for populations where malaria is a common mortal illness. In conclusion, CRISPR technology has a lot of benefits however, the ecosystem could be damage in an irreparable way. Scientist have been making some researches with this technique about how to use this and avoid the damage to the planet.

Sandra Tibanlombo

However, we do not realize they will improve our lives if we use them correctly and ethically. For instance, CRISPR is a tool that allows scientists to make precise changes in the DNA to treat genetic diseases and blood disorders. More than that, people may improve their quality of life through this tool since it even cures diseases. As with everything it has its cons as it might not work well in all the bodies also, scientists could make changes that are not ethically correct but changes to cure or improve people's health are most of the time a good option to go.

To conclude, CRISPR should be used correctly and then it might be a great technological advancement especially to treat diseases and more.

By Abigail Haro

In my opinion the CRISPR it is bacterial defence mechanism against viruses that used a small molecula in our DNA and target location, allowing for edit made. that work to create a best way to reduce the dangers illiness for our body.On the others hand, that is a rebolucionary where bacterial defense mechanism against viruses

First, It utilizes a small RNA molecule locating specific DNA sequences

Then, cuts the DNA at the targeted location, allow for edits to be made

However there are Key Features:

Like, CRISPR can target specific genes or sequences with a high success rate for making desired edits. Where can be used in various organisms, from bacteria to humans

On the other hand, CRISPR has already been used to save lives and transform others. But , It like a some errors when want it to get the glory. But only getting mitigating the risk of off -target terrible effects.

In summary, CRISPR is a powerful tool for editing genes, with vast potential applications, offer a possible solution to combat bad disaster bodies, but ethical and safety concerns need to be addressed before implementation and always with a maxima security.

By : Bielca Saraguro.

OPINION ABOUT THE CRISPR PARAGRAPH

My opinion about CRISPR is that it is a strategy that can help in medicine with people who suffer from genetic diseases. I think that it needs a lot of research in the human body and that it cannot have side effects. I think that it is a discovery that scientists have made. It can change the future in medicine and in biological sciences, perhaps they can control invasive mammal species. It could be said that scientists can give the opportunity to people who suffer from serious diseases and they can recover. However, it is a risk that we do not know how it will help or affect human beings in the future. Another point would be that mammals in the ecosystem with this technology could change and stop their reproduction in the environment. People should be aware of the problem that can arise with genetic units and could develop in the organism.

In conclusion: The discoveries can be beneficial for people or animals. In the future there will be new changes by man that perhaps we do not know about the changes in our lives. We should not be afraid of what can happen in a modern world.

BY : Julia Rosado Medina.
