I agree with his overall view of what "true equality" is but I disagree with his view that the "majority of Americans want tolerance, peace and understanding". I believe that the US, as a people is still very divided when it comes to race, and this is evident when you look at politics. Though to be honest, the media plays a big part in how we view the world at the moment. Having seen racial discrimination "up close", he speak about witnessing a woman who was kicked out of a class because it was "reserved for African Americans". She was also kicked out of a English class because it was for Latino race only, but she needed this class to graduate.
